Three ways to better your mental health

Mental Health Awareness Month in May aims to bring to light ways to balance life and mental health, as well as educate the community on how the stigma of mental health issues can be harmful to those who are dealing with them. One in five Americans are affected by mental health conditions. Tubman, through support groups, individual and group therapy and counseling, strives to help people in need.
