This service helps low-income individuals represent themselves in family law cases (divorce, child custody, etc.) Volunteer attorneys will write court documents, give legal advice, and help clients get ready for mediation, court conferences, and court hearings. However, volunteer attorneys only help clients handle their own case. Attorneys do not go to court or meet with the other side.
Fee: $15.00 prepay or $20.00 at the door. Free for low-income individuals.
