Sexual Exploitation Resources

Young people of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences are at risk for being trafficked. Domestic violence and homelessness are leading risk factors for sexual exploitation. Together, we can build more creative solutions and strengthen access to opportunities to end trafficking in our communities.

We strive to elevate youth voices, choices, and safety throughout all of our services, while being accessible via 24/7 phone help lines, drop-in sites, textlines, social media, e-mail, and outreach.

Tubman hosts a regional navigator for the East Metro. Regional navigators are main points of contact for sexually exploited youth and concerned agencies throughout Minnesota. Navigators are responsible for connecting youth with services and serving as regional experts for communities. The East Metro includes Anoka, Chisago, Dakota, Isanti, Ramsey, and Washington Counties. Call 651-770-0777 for 24/7 assistance.

Youth and Young adults

Tubman’s youth services reach young people in the metro through prevention education in the schools, comprehensive case management in shelters, housing, and community-based programs for youth at-risk, outreach, and leadership opportunities to enhance safety, positive development, collaboration, and creative solutions to some of our state’s most pressing challenges. Our youth services have been designed with, by, and for young people in the communities we serve.
