Tubman offers a financial planning service monthly at Tubman Chrysalis Center from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the second Tuesday or Wednesday of the month. This is a free service, but there are some eligibility requirements. Registration is required. To register or for more information, call 612.870.2426.
