Apply for a Tubman Internship Stipend Scholarship
Tubman is proud to offer a limited number of stipends to students interning with us. Please read carefully the following guidelines and information before completing the application.
A limited number of $500 stipends will be awarded to help defray the incidental costs related to an unpaid internship. Recipients will need to complete a W-9 form prior to receiving the funds. The reviewing committee will not have access to the information provided on the application for the internship.
Candidates who identify as Black, Indigenous, or a Person of Color, and/or have less access to funding for internships are encouraged to apply!
Applications must be submitted by April 14, 2023 to be considered. Applicants will be notified of decisions by early May.
To be considered for the stipend scholarship award, candidates must:
- Be a currently enrolled student in a 2 or 4-year undergraduate program
- Be accepted in a position that qualifies for an internship at Tubman
- Work a minimum of 8 hours per week
- Continue in the internship at least through the end of August 2023.
