  • Tubman is seeking one full-time Youth & Family Advocate to join a dynamic and collaborative team to support the agency’s mission, vision, and values. This position will be based at our Minneapolis Shelter and the shift currently available is Friday-Tuesday 12-8:30pm and is subject to change based on client needs.

  • Tubman is seeking a Part-Time Advocate in our Minneapolis shelters to join a dynamic and collaborative team to support the agency’s mission, vision, and values. The following shift is available:
    Saturday & Sunday  3 pm - 11:30 pm

  • Tubman is seeking one Part Time Youth & Family Advocate to join a dynamic and collaborative team to support the agency’s mission, vision and values. This position will be based at our Minneapolis Shelter and the shift currently available is 3-11:30pm Friday-Saturday and is subject to change based on client needs.

  • Tubman is seeking one part-time Adult and Family Advocate in our Minneapolis Shelter to join a dynamic and collaborative team to support the agency’s mission, vision, and values. This position will be based at our Minneapolis Shelter. The following shift is available and is subject to change based on client needs:
    • Saturday & Sunday 7 am – 3:30 pm

  • Tubman is seeking a full time Staff Attorney to join a collaborative team to support the agency’s mission, vision and values.

  • Tubman is seeking one Part-Time Adult & Family Advocate to join a dynamic and collaborative team to support the agency’s mission, vision, and values. This position will be based at our Maplewood Shelter and the shift currently available is Saturday-Sunday 11am-7:30pm and is subject to change based on client needs.

  • Tubman is seeking a Part-Time Peer Recovery Specialist to work in its Co-Occurring Disorders Program. Evening and day hours of work required. This position is based at the Tubman Chrysalis Center in Minneapolis.

  • Tubman is seeking On Call Advocates to serve in our Harriet Tubman Shelters in Minneapolis, Maplewood, and Safe Journeys Youth shelters. Weekly schedule in all shelters vary and can include days, afternoons, evenings, and overnights, on both weekdays and weekends.

  • Tubman is seeking one Full-Time Adult & Family Advocate to join a dynamic and collaborative team to support the agency’s mission, vision, and values. This position will be based at our Maplewood Shelter and the shift currently available is Monday-Friday 3 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. and is subject to change based on client needs.

  • Tubman is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Clinical Nurse for the agency’s Clinical Division. The Psychiatric Clinical Nurse provides psychiatric nursing services to individuals seeking medication evaluation, prescription services and monitoring.

  • Tubman is seeking An ALCOHOL AND DRUG COUNSELOR SUPERVISOR to work in its Co-Occurring Disorders Program. Evening and day hours of work required.

  • Tubman is seeking an experienced Mental Health therapist for the agency’s Clinical Division, the Co-Occurring Disorders (COD) program.

  • Tubman is seeking Youth & Family Workers to provide resources and connections to comprehensive services for clients in shelter, housing, and community-based settings. In this role you champion youth and young adults as a direct services staff to provide mentorship and resources to help them maximize their potential by highlighting their individual strengths. You will also serve as a systems change advocate to ensure relevant services for youth and families who represent historically marginalized communities. Join us in pursuit of driving positive changes and be a part of helping to foster thriving people, healthy relationships, and peaceful communities.

  • Tubman is seeking a full-time Legal Advocate to join a collaborative team to support the agency’s mission, vision and values.

  • This position provides essential and supportive care to people and families staying at Tubman. The role promotes positive relationships and healing through creation of a welcoming environment with access to many resources services. Additional responsibilities include: inventory and data entry, help line calls, emotional support, and connecting clients to relevant assistance.

  • Tubman is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk to support the finance department with a variety of responsibilities and projects including accounts payable by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling vendor invoices.
