Counseling & Therapy Internships

Mental Health Interns must be in their second year of a masters or doctoral program. Students co-facilitate groups and carry a caseload of individual clients. Interns become part of the multi-disciplinary team at Tubman Chrysalis in Minneapolis, working alongside staff who represent a wide range of therapeutic styles. They practice in an environment that is trauma-informed, person-centered, strengths-based, and uses holistic and harm reduction approaches.

Currently accepting applications for 9 month internship positions that would begin either in May or September of 2026.
